Program Overview

Fall

Fallball runs from early September to late October.  It's great for both new players to build core foundational skills and returning players to sharpen their game.  It consists of 8 sessions, once a week (Saturday or Sunday depending on age), with a focus on core skills and scrimmaging.

Spring

Springs is our main season, where we field multiple teams competing in the West Bay Lacrosse League, a community-based recreational lacrosse league. For 3rd grade and up, there are two weekday practices and weekend games. Younger programs vary and practice 1 day a week.

Clinics and Camps

Clinics & Camps - We offer various specialty clinics throughout the year as well as summer training and camps.
