Refund Policy
What is your refund policy?
Please notify the club manager by email if for any reason your child is unable to play for the season. Note, we work hard to create teams based on registrations and dropping out has significant admin costs as well as implications for field allocations. Our refund policy pertaining to registration fees below:
Fall 2024
- Participants may request a full refund (minus $50 admin fee) until Sept. 1st
Spring 2025
- U10-U14 (who has tryouts on 11/23)
- Dec 1 - Last day for Refund (minus $50 admin fee.). This is prior to notification of team selection
- Feb 1 - Last day for Credit to future season (minus $150 admin & uniform fee). They will still receive their uniform.
- No credit/refunds after the above date.
- Kinder-U8 (first event is 1st week of March)
- Jan 1 - Last day for Full refund (minus $50 admin fee) – prior to us ordering jerseys
- 2nd week of practice - Option of 50% refund or 100% credit (both minus $50 admin + $100 for U8 Jersey if applicable)
